If you're not in Lima, you can still experience the exclusivity of Ellima through our virtual consultations. We make the process seamless, guiding you through fabric selection, design choices, and a simple measurement process to ensure the perfect fit. Consultations are available in English, Spanish, or German. The session lasts approximately one hour, ensuring a tailored experience from anywhere in the world.

We make everything to order using our collection of sourced, high quality materials. Quantities are limited because our fabrics are limited.

Feel free to message us on WhatsApp or email us to check our current availability. If an item is out of stock, it may be due to our limited fabric quantities. However, we can create a custom piece for you using a different textile of your choice.

Made-to-measure orders typically take between four and nine weeks from the order date, depending on fabric availability. Bespoke orders require approximately ten to twenty weeks, also subject to fabric availability.

Because our pieces are made-to-order and made-to-measure using limited materials, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there are any concerns about the fit or any other aspect of your garment, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
